Order & Delivery:
How can I place an order?
Click on the product you want to order, choose your size and click on “Add to Bag”. Once all items you wish to purchase have been added to your bag click on “Checkout”. Fill in your contact information and continue to shipping method. After selecting the delivery options click on “Complete Order”.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order clicking on “Order Status”. You can also get in touch with our customer support representative via whatsapp at 03029224989
What if a product is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable it will be marked as “Sold Out”. You can only place an order for items that are currently in stock. You can also choose to be notified when a product is back in stock, all you have to do is click on the product and select “Notify me upon restock” and fill out the required information.
Can I reserve a product by adding it to my “Wish list”?
Unfortunately no, we only reserve an item once an order has been placed.
Can I change my order?
We’re very quick at packing your order up which means you can’t change it once the order has been placed. However, you can cancel your order and place a new one instead.
Can I cancel my order?

Can I visit your store?
Currently we are only operating as an online store and do not have a retail outlet.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer cash on delivery (COD) and payment via debit/credit card.
Are all prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all our product prices are inclusive of GST.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on all orders above PKR 3000. For orders worth PKR 2500 and below, PKR 200 delivery charges will apply nationwide.
Is cash on delivery (COD) available all over Pakistan?
Yes, COD is available across Pakistan.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do.
How many times will the courier agent return for delivery if he finds me unavailable?
The courier agent will attempt to deliver your order thrice or as per the policy of our courier partner. After the second attempt the order will be sent back to us.
Are Order ID and Tracking ID the same thing?
Order ID is provided when the order is placed. Tracking ID is generated by our courier partners and given when the order is fulfilled/dispatched so you can track your order throughout the delivery process.
How many days does it take for orders to be delivered?
Please allow a period of 3 - 5 business days from the time of order for your products to be delivered & Next day delivery for all LHR orders.
